Shipping policy

We currently ship anywhere in the US within the contiguous 48 states.

Most products will be delivered in 3-21 business days BUT can occasionally take longer. Average lead times are as follows:

Wooden Playsets: 7-21 Business Days
Trampolines: 3-10 Business Days (Typically Ships Next Business Day)
Basketball Goals: 7-21 Business Days
Pedal Karts: 3-10 Business Days (Typically Ships Next Business Day)
Patio Furniture: 3-10 Business Days (Typically Ships Next Business Day)
Commercial Playgrounds: 2-20 Weeks

Once your order is placed you will hear from us in 3 business days with an estimate on lead time (wooden playsets, basketball goals, commercial playgrounds,) or a tracking number (trampolines, pedal karts, patio furniture.) Many products are delivered via freight company, which will call a day in advance about your delivery. The freight company is ONLY responsible for curbside delivery, and because of this, it is recommended that you have some friends available to help bring it to your garage or backyard (often times the freight company will assist, but we can't place a guarantee on that!) Smaller items (small pedal karts, swings, patio furniture) often ships out FedEx or UPS ground.

It's the clients responsibility to make sure nothing is missing from the delivery. This can be done simply by referencing the BOL, additionally boxes will be marked (1 of 2, 2 or 2, etc.)
