  • Project and service information, such as delivery ZIP Code, site type, budgets, timelines, product selections, installation requests, unloading capabilities, measurements, site conditions, photographs, plans, drawings, board or committee information, and other details you choose to provide.
  • Communications, including emails, telephone or text communications, form submissions, customer-support requests, reviews, and storefront chat messages.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, searches, referring pages, approximate location, interactions with the Site, and advertising or campaign attribution.
  • Financing information, such as the fact that you requested financing information and any application status or transaction information a financing provider is permitted to share with us. Financing providers collect and control the information submitted directly through their applications under their own privacy policies.
  • Information from other sources, including Shopify, payment and financing providers, manufacturers, suppliers, freight and delivery providers, installers, analytics and advertising services, fraud-prevention services, and publicly available sources.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities involving cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. We may share them with relevant suppliers, carriers, installers, advisers, or service providers when reasonably necessary for that purpose. We will not use customer-submitted project materials in public marketing without separate permission.

We may use aggregated or de-identified project information to improve our services and create general educational examples, provided the information does not reasonably identify a customer, organization, individual, or specific project site. We will obtain separate permission before publicly using a customer’s name, logo, testimonial, identifiable photographs, or original plans or drawings.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or images of individuals when they are not necessary for the project.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to manage quotes, projects, orders, warranties, customer service, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship and transaction, contractual or warranty requirements, and applicable law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to permitted backups and legal obligations.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message and may withdraw consent to promotional text messages by following the message instructions. Transactional communications concerning an active request, quote, order, delivery, installation, claim, or account may continue when reasonably necessary.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a privacy-request decision.
