Commercial playground borders may ship by parcel service, less-than-truckload freight, or full truckload depending on the border material, dimensions, quantity, total weight, and delivery location.

Before Shipment

Confirm the delivery address, receiving contact, telephone number, business hours, site access, unloading method, storage location, and installation schedule.

Notify us about residential delivery locations, gates, narrow roads, restricted-access properties, active construction, or other delivery limitations.

Liftgate Delivery

Liftgate service may be available for qualifying shipments when a loading dock or forklift is not available. Liftgate delivery generally places the shipment at an accessible ground-level delivery location.

Full-Truckload Orders

Full-truckload shipping may be more economical for large quantities. Depending on the shipment and site, unloading may require a loading dock, forklift, flatbed delivery, or another coordinated unloading plan.

Receiving Inspection

Count all pallets, bundles, border sections, stakes, rebar anchors, connectors, caps, and hardware before signing the delivery receipt.

Note visible shortages or damage clearly on the delivery receipt and photograph the shipment before unloading or removing packaging.

Concealed Damage or Missing Components

Keep the packaging and contact us promptly if concealed damage or missing components are discovered. Provide photographs, the order information, product name, package count, and affected component.

Storage Before Installation

Store border sections and installation hardware in a secure location. Keep sizes and hardware organized so the correct components remain together during installation.
