Court Equipment Shipping & Receiving
Commercial court and recreation equipment may ship by parcel service, less-than-truckload freight, or full truckload depending on the product, package dimensions, weight, quantity, and delivery location.
Before Shipment
Confirm the delivery address, contact information, site access, business hours, unloading equipment, storage location, and installation schedule. Notify us about gates, restricted roads, residential locations, limited access, or scheduled construction.
Freight Delivery
Standard freight service generally delivers to an accessible ground-level location. Liftgate service may be available for qualifying shipments. Long, oversized, or unusually heavy components may require a loading dock, forklift, flatbed delivery, or other unloading equipment.
Receiving the Shipment
Count all packages, pallets, bundles, and loose components before signing. Inspect packaging and equipment for visible damage. Note shortages or damage clearly on the delivery receipt and take photographs.
Concealed Damage or Missing Parts
Keep the packaging and contact us promptly if concealed damage or missing components are discovered after delivery. Provide photographs, the product name, order information, package count, and affected part.
Storage
Store posts, nets, hardware, padding, anchors, and other components in a secure, dry location until installation. Keep all product labels and installation documents with the shipment.
